As a MarTech specialist, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing marketing automation systems to drive efficient marketing operations and increase ROI for our clients.You are an expert on tools and processes within the scope of Marketing Automation. You will support our clients and work either independently or together with other specialist colleagues.Troubleshooting and staying up-to-date on best practices is part of your daily work to help our clients achieve a best-in-class setup to support their marketing and sales teams. You will work with a mix of retainer and project-based clients. Typically, working with about 3-6 clients on a weekly basis.In your role, you will collaborate with other digital marketing colleagues, such as paid media, creatives, and project managers.Client satisfaction is key to client retention. This means establishing good relationships and being a trusted advisor. You will be communicative, keep promises, and be accurate when scoping deliverables.Digital Marketing is a fast-evolving sector. You need to stay up to date with platforms, best practices, and industry trends. Learning while doing is an important part of improving your skills and knowledge.🚀 Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and Optimise CRM Systems: Configure and maintain our client’s CRM platforms to ensure seamless integration with other marketing tools. Optimise CRMs for maximum efficiency and effectiveness in campaign execution and lead management. Ensure smooth migration from one CRM to another.Develop Automation Strategies: Design and implement marketing automation strategies that improve campaign outcomes through segmentation, targeted messaging, and effective lead nurturing.Campaign Management: Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using automation tools. Monitor and adjust email marketing, social media, and digital campaigns based on performance metrics.Lead Nurturing: Develop and maintain effective lead nurturing programs to move leads through the sales funnel. Customise interactions based on audience behavior and preferences.Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and marketing automation system efficiency. Provide actionable insights to improve strategies and tactics continually.Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including content creators and sales teams, to align marketing automation with broader marketing goals and sales objectives.Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of new technologies, trends, and best practices in marketing automation to continuously improve our practices and toolkit.🌟 ExpectationsHave tactic and strategic competencies to advise clients on Marketing Automation.Be able to work smoothly and efficiently in different teams, together with content producers and external freelancers.Be able to handle all administration that project management entails, including effective use of internal systems, managing budgets, and financial administration.Take responsibility for your own personal development.
