Marketing Assistant in KRANI UKRAYiNI, TOV

The "Cranes of Ukraine" company specializes in special equipment and lifting equipment.
 We sell, rent and service construction and lifting equipment. We work in the fields of construction, energy, industry and infrastructure.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a marketing assistant / junior marketing specialist who will take on operational marketing tasks and be able to independently integrate into work processes, propose solutions and materials without constant detailed technical tasks.
Important: we need a person who does not wait for step-by-step instructions, but analyzes tasks, performs them and demonstrates the result.

Main duties:

• design development of booklets, brochures, presentations, magazines, stickers, branded materials;
• preparation of layouts for printing;
• communication with printers (edits, formats, deadlines);
• SMM and content: social networks Facebook, Instagram,
• regular training and LinkedIn publication of posts, participation in content planning;
• design and editing of PDF documents;
• help with the launch of advertising on Facebook;
• in the future - participation in the development of TikTok.

Requirements:

• Figma / Adobe / Canva - anything from this list;
• understanding of SMM and visual content;
• basic understanding advertising on Facebook - will be an advantage;
• basic English (reading, correspondence);
• initiative and independence;
• work without detailed TK: did > showed > received edits;
• self-organization, proactivity, willingness to immerse yourself in business and processes, responsibility for the result, not just for the "completed task".

Working conditions and salary:

• official employment;
• work schedule 5/2, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.;
• salary during the trial period — 18,000 UAH, further growth based on work results;
• work directly with a marketer and commercial director;
• possibility of professional and career growth.
