Main functional responsibilities: Monitor and help build, and as needed implement e-mail and SMS strategies; implement new experiments: such as IVR, new communication channels. On the basis of the new Forge platform, implement new functions: landing page templates, modern questionnaires; accompany a/b testing Be responsible for testing new features during their implementation Engage in process automation Application: pushes, Promo-game and other marketing activities Come up with new concepts and ideas to attract customers and follow competitors Carry out the instructions of the head of the department and much more Main requirements for the candidate: Soft-skills: multitasking , stress resistance, the ability to think logically, adaptability. Hard skills: knowledge of Excel, understanding of the English language at a basic level, knowledge of marketing theories, the ability to systematize and process information, copywriting, work with the CRM system, the ability to forecast, understanding of building logical connections, the ability collect data and work with a database, understanding the code within the competences.
