Performing day-to-day marketing tasks, preparing reports/presentations, as well as maintaining an internal cost sheet and controlling payments to contractors. (Combined operational support and financial processes).
Documentation and TK: Creation of internal documentation (instructions, guidelines) and formation of clear technical tasks for designers, copywriters, typesetters.
Internal coordination: Interaction with all departments of the company (HR, IT, operations), management of tasks in trackers. Coordination of the work of freelancers, the transfer of their work.
Technical support and layout: Coordination with developers, control of layouts, banners, and organization of offline printing.
Working with data and analytics (Google Sheets): Data structuring (tables, formulas), preparing information for reports and checking data before launching campaigns.
Content marketing and preparation: Participation in content planning, content creation, material gathering, copywriting, basic editing and proofreading of social media posts.
Ad campaign support: Help in launching campaigns in Google Ads and Mts Ads.
Research and AI tools: Systematic search for information, competitors, references and active use of AI for content generation and analysis. (General organizational tasks are also included). Possession of AI skills is a must.
Work with souvenir products, polygraphs.

experience with WordPress and simple technical tasks preferred
communicative, attentive to details, quick learner
Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc. tools will be an advantage.
