Assistant marketer in AgroNova

Who we are looking for:
We invite to our team an energetic and responsible Marketing Assistant who is eager to develop in the field agricultural marketing. If you have a flair for communications, are interested in the agricultural sector and are ready to work actively, this position is for you!

Your duties:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and plans.
• Creation and editing of text content for the website, social networks, e-mail newsletters and advertising materials (news, articles, posts).
• Support for maintaining corporate pages in social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Collection and analysis of information about the market, competitors and target audience.
• Help in the organization and conduct of marketing events (exhibitions, seminars, Days fields).
• Update information on the company's corporate website.
• Preparation of basic marketing reports and analytics.
• Performance of other assignments of the head of the marketing department.

Our requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in marketing is not required, we teach from scratch (your main desire)
• A confident PC user (MS Office, Google Workspace), basic skills in working with graphic editors (Canva, Figma, Photoshop) is a plus.
• Understanding the basics of SMM and digital marketing.
• Interest in the agro-industrial complex and the desire to deepen knowledge in
• Responsibility, initiative, attention to detail and the ability to work in a team.
• Analytical mindset and ability to learn quickly.
