We are looking for an energetic and proactive Marketing Assistant who will help in implementing PR strategies. If you are communicative, open to learning, we are ready to help you grow in the field of PR and develop together with us.

What we will entrust to you:

• Organization of production of POSM, souvenir products and corporate clothing.
• Working with contractors: from the preparation of invoices to the control of expense invoices.
• Creation of presentations, layouts for social networks and other visual elements.
• Ensuring compliance with branding standards in internal and external communications.
• Monitoring of the website and competitors, preparation of analytical reports.
• Organization and support of photo shoots.
• Document management in the department.
• Setting up internal and external communication products such as weekly digests.

What we expect from you:

• Higher education in the field of marketing, management or related specialties.
• Skills in working with marketing tools and programs: Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Sendpulse.
• Proficiency in the Ukrainian language at a high level and English not below the Intermediate level.
• Experience in maintaining documentation: invoices, acts of completed works, expense invoices.
• Ability for analytical and organizational work.
• Experience of working in B2B marketing projects or agencies will be an advantage.
• Initiative, sociability, desire to learn and the ability to work in multitasking mode.
