1. Education and knowledge:

• Higher education (preferably in the field of marketing, PR, communications or related specialties).< /li>
• Understanding the basic principles of SMM, SEO and digital marketing.

2. It will be an advantage:

• Experience in site administration (publishing content, making edits).
• Basic knowledge of working with CMS (for example, WordPress, Joomla).
• Skills in creating content for social networks (TikTok, Instagram).
• Experience with customer reviews and their processing.

3. Personal qualities:

• Creativity and the ability to generate new ideas.
• Communication and the ability to work in a team.
• Proactivity and the ability to find solutions independently.
• Attention to details.

4. Skills:

• Fluency in the Ukrainian language (written and spoken).
• Ability to work with graphic editors (basic skills in Canva, Photoshop or similar).
• Ability to quickly find the necessary information and work with contractors (negotiation of terms of cooperation, control of deadlines).

5. Responsibilities:

• Administration of the company website: publication of news, making updates, control of technical serviceability.
• Finding contractors for marketing tasks, conducting negotiations, monitoring execution.
• Generating new ideas to promote the project, preparing proposals for the team.
• Maintaining and developing the TikTok company page: creation and content publication, performance analysis.
• Working with customer feedback: processing, responses, preparation of feedback analytics.

6. Working schedule:

• Full time from 09:00 to 18:00, the possibility to work in a flexible schedule needs.

7. Additional requirements:

• Interest in modern trends in marketing and social networks.
• Willingness to learn and improve their skills.
