Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of SMM strategy for Instagram TikTok
- Створення та публікація контенту (фото, відео, тексти, stories, reels)
- Організація фотосесій та відеозйомок на будівельних об’єктах
- Ведення календаря публікацій і планування контенту
- Комунікація з підрядниками по налаштуванню таргетованої реклами (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads)
- Аналітика результатів та підготовка reports
- Interaction with contractors (designers, printers)
- Constant market monitoring and trend analysis
- Planning and control of advertising campaigns (online and offline)
- Operational assistance to the marketer
Requirements
- Work experience of 1 year (preferably in the field of construction or real estate)
- Understanding social network algorithms and content trends
- Ability to work with graphic editors (Canva, Photoshop).
- Copywriting and storytelling skills
- Basic knowledge of targeting
- Responsibility, organization, creativity
Working conditions:
Schedule Mon-Fri from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.???
