Marketing Artwork Specialist in Promotion

Our client, an international FMCG company and a world leader in the field of personal hygiene products, which combines innovation and care for consumers in 175 countries of the world, invites to its team a Marketing specialist for the adaptation of packaging (Marketing Artwork Specialist).

Work format: remotely (we are looking for candidates located in Ukraine).

Type of employment: long-term employment contract (12 months).

We are looking for a meticulous and organized specialist to join our marketing team to manage the process of packaging adaptation (artwork) for Central European markets. Main role:

Your main task will be to coordinate the process of creating and updating packaging. You will be the 'last filter' ensuring that every word and symbol on packaging meets legal, regulatory and branding requirements without delaying product launch.

Your key tasks:

• Compliance Control: checking text and graphics on packaging for compliance with Pegasus, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Management by projects: coordination of the mock-up preparation process for a large number of SKUs, control of compliance with timelines.
• Interaction with teams: active communication with colleagues from Central Europe (marketing, legal department, regulatory department).
• Work with agencies: briefing and coordination of the work of design and adaptation agencies.
• Administration: database management data ("SKU Bible"), code tracking and item update terms.

We expect from you:

• English language at B2+ level (Upper-Intermediate and above): daily written and oral communication with foreign colleagues.
• Exceptional attention to detail: you notice even the smallest inconsistencies in texts or design.
• Experience and education:1-2 years of experience in marketing or project management would be an advantage;
  • We are willing to consider final year students or recent graduates who have a high level of responsibility and desire to develop in the marketing of an international company.
• Organization: ability to manage a large number of tasks simultaneously and adhere to deadlines.
• Location: staying on the territory of Ukraine.
