Marketing and Visual Communications Coordinator

About the role

Moore Ukraine is looking for a responsible, creative and detail-oriented Marketing and Visual Communications Coordinator who will support the development of the corporate identity, digital presence of the company and its external communication. This is a key operational role that involves working closely with the managing partner and other team members to implement marketing challenges from idea to finished product.

Key Responsibilities

Visual content and digital presence

• Creation of high-quality PowerPoint presentations and branded documents
• Design of banners, visuals, carousels in Canva (based on templates) or, if necessary, in Illustrator / Figma
• Maintenance and updating of the company website via WordPress
• Preparation of marketing materials (brochures, one-pagers, client presentations)
• Adherence to the Moore Global brand book when creating all materials

Content and marketing coordination

• Writing short texts for LinkedIn (posts, signatures, descriptions) on behalf of the managing partner and the company
• Supporting the development of the personal brand of the managing partner and the company among international audiences, investors and global organizations - especially in the context of initiatives such as Rebuild Ukraine
• Coordinating individual marketing initiatives (events, meetings, publications)
• Working with the internal team and involved contractors (copywriters, designers) to prepare high-quality of content

Operational and project support

• Maintenance of checklists for marketing tasks, monitoring of implementation
• Structuring and support of content in shared folders or internal systems
• Collection of feedback and implementation of amendments to materials
• Preparation of materials for participation in industry events, presentations, conferences

Candidate requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, design or digital communications
• Proficient in PowerPoint (slide design, layout, animations) and Word (styles, formatting)
• Experience with WordPress and Canva is a must
• Experience or desire to quickly learn Adobe Illustrator, InDesign or Figma
• Ability to work on several tasks at the same time and meet deadlines
• Education in the field of marketing, communications, design or related fields is desirable
• Experience in consulting, professional services or in a B2B environment is welcome
• Fluent Ukrainian, working level of English - for writing short marketing messages of texts
