Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager;

- Practical experience in setting up and managing tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others;

- Skills in working with tools like Google Analytics, Notion/Other

- Task Management tools, and others;

- previous experience in PR and partnership management will be a plus;

- English level upper intermediate (B2).

Responsibilities:

- Develop promo plans that drive results;

- Conduct market and competitor analysis;

- Create and distribute articles, press releases, and content on specialized platforms;

- Analyze and optimize advertising campaign performance;

- Devise and implement social media strategies (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram);

- Collaborate with copywriters and designers;

- Manage content scheduling across various platforms;

- Run and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook and Google, including A/B testing;

- Organize partnerships (cross-promotions) and build connections with other companies and brands.
