KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing local marketing and ad-hoc projects, working very closely with HQ and cross-functional teams for smooth project implementation.
• Coordinating projects aimed at maintaining partner loyalty.
• Analyzing local market needs and conducting detailed analysis of various categories. Analyzing, finding opportunities for growth, increasing the user base.
• Creating, developing and improving marketing reports.
• Active use of SQL in your work and working on the Looker Studio platform.
• Active collaboration with your colleagues (both local and headquarters teams).

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience in business analytics, market research and/or providing insights into categories and user behavior.
• Strong analytical skills, experience with data analysis tools.
• Confident user of SQL would be a big plus.
• Knowledge of Python would be a plus.
• Experience with one of the platforms such as Looker Studio, BI, Tableau, Amplitude. 
• English language proficiency – B2+ (must have).
• Professional user of Excel/Google Sheets/PowerPoint is a must.
• Developed communication and presentation skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable ideas.
• Strong business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management (from idea and analysis to implementation).
• Interest in work, readiness and desire for professional and career growth.
