Main duties

Customer service:

• Daily information about leaving reviews.

  Operative response to urgent appeals through the application.

• Additional bonuses for removing negative feedback.

Requirements

• Work experience is desirable in the field of customer service, marketing or related fields.
  

• Willingness to spend every day30-60 minutes to customer service. You plan the rest of the time yourself.

• Knowledge of English language not lower than B2 level for written and oral communication with clients, as well as fluency in Russian (historically the internal language of companies). KnowledgeGerman will be an advantage.

• Ability to quickly respond to messages, clearly and correctly formulate answers.

• Basic knowledge of copywriting, marketing and SEO.

• Personal quality

  • Willingness to promptly respond to customers (30-60 minutes every day)
  • Willingness to learn new things and develop in the company
    
  • The ability to solve tasks independently and maintain a high level of responsibility.
