Main duties
Customer service:
Operative response to urgent appeals through the application.
Additional bonuses for removing negative feedback.
Improvement of texts, photos and visual content.
Publishing posts and photos on Google Maps, forums, feedback and thematic platforms.
Registration of companies and objects on new portals
Participation in creating technical tasks for contractors (content, advertising).
Execution of ongoing minor marketing and customer service tasks.

Requirements
Work experience is desirable in the field of customer service, marketing or related fields.
Willingness to spend every day30-60 minutes to customer service. You plan the rest of the time yourself.
Knowledge of English language not lower than B2 level for written and oral communication with clients, as well as fluency in Russian (historically the internal language of companies). KnowledgeGerman will be an advantage.
Ability to quickly respond to messages, clearly and correctly formulate answers.
Basic knowledge of copywriting, marketing and SEO.
