With more than 60 employees in 4 offices and 2 production sites, we work with clients all over the world, from Tokyo to San Francisco, representing architects and designers the excellent advantages of recycled plastic and seeking sustainable development. We continue to grow and become a leader in the field of environmentally friendly materials for surface design. We are looking for a professional, energetic and self-sufficient marketing and administrative assistant. Responsibilities: Planning such as air and train tickets, hotel reservations for employees and company management, including flight registration and hotel registration. Preparation of reports for the company's financial department regarding all acquisitions. Help in organizing the company's participation in international exhibitions. Coordination of the preparation process, ordering and control of printed products, including boxes, catalogs, business cards, stickers, brochures and other materials. Searching for contractors and interaction with the designer. Helping to fill the content on the company's websites, including updating projects, photos in the Notion business card. Facilitating the compilation of travel reports for the CEO of the company. Compilation of the travel schedule. Monitoring the timely payment of supplier invoices. General support for teams in solving operational issues and performing administrative tasks. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Analytical and critical thinking.
