Marketing Analytics Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Marketing Analytics Team Lead who will join the Guru Apps team and help scale the business through deep analysis of marketing data. In this role, you will be able to build processes for working with data, assemble a strong team with which you will look for hidden patterns, weak points and opportunities for product growth.

• Work with a large amount of data - our marketers launch advertising campaigns worldwide through various channels of attracting traffic (Meta, Google, Twitter, TikTok and others), spending more than $1 million per month.
• Carry out high-quality analytics - we have both the entire history for many years and real-time data. We collect data in Amplitude and Appsflyer, infrastructure on AWS.
• Influence company processes and business results, as well as propose and implement own ideas.

Your future challenges:

• Data analysis, search for patterns, presentation of research - we expect that by your example you will grow the general the level of data analysis in the company.
• Building analytics processes in marketing.
• Implementation of automation, scaling and acceleration of reporting and monitoring systems.
• Adaptation of analytics to changes in technology (event tracking, attribution models, new advertising cabinets) - the marketing team needs your help in achieving goals.
• Working closely with performance marketing, product and development teams, generating and implementing ideas.
• Management of the analyst team, planning and prioritization of the backlog of tasks.
• Development of goals and employee development plan, analysis of their effectiveness.

What you need to join us:

• 3 years of experience in data analytics and 1 year in a role team manager.
• Strong skills in Python, SQL.
• Excellent knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory.
• Experience with large data sets.
• Strong managerial qualities, the ability to charge and motivate the team.
• Superpowers are proactivity, critical thinking and business orientation.

Will be an advantage:
