Marketing Analytics Team Lead in Universe Group

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Marketing Analytics Team Lead to join the Guru Apps team and help scale the business through deep analysis of marketing data. In this role, you will be able to build processes for working with data, assemble a strong team with which you will look for hidden patterns, weak points and opportunities for product growth.

Your future challenges:

• Analysis of data, search for regularities, presentation of research - we expect that by your example you will increase the overall level of analysis of data in the company.
• Building analytics processes in marketing.
• Implementation of automation, scaling and acceleration of reporting and monitoring systems.
• Adaptation of analytics to changes in technology (event tracking . teams of analysts, planning and prioritization of backlog tasks.
• Development of goals and employee development plan, analysis of their effectiveness.

What is needed to join us:< /strong>

• From 3 years of experience in data analytics and from 1 year in a team manager role.
• Strong skills in Python, SQL.
• Excellent knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory.
• Experience of working with large data sets.
• Strong managerial qualities, ability to charge and motivate a team.
• Superpowers - proactivity , critical thinking and business orientation.
