Marketing Analyst (Kyiv / Warsaw) in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture capital world. Together with co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets. We are currently looking for a Marketing Analyst for one of our new businesses - Liven.

Liven is a company that creates products for building healthy habits and improving mental well-being. Our product is an app to combat procrastination, ADHD symptoms, and more. We give users all the information they need to better understand themselves and their problems, as well as the tools to solve these pains.

We launched the business at the beginning of 2023 and have already confirmed its success - we found unit-economy , payback and are actively scaling to the size of a large business. Every new employee can now become the head of his field, it all depends only on you and your ambitions.

What tasks await you in the role of Marketing Analyst:

< li>Analyzing the results of advertising traffic, generating hypotheses and implementing solutions to improve advertising performance;
• Finding potential growth opportunities for business by analyzing data and turning it into valuable insights;
• Improving conversions marketing funnels based on metrics and results of split tests;
• Automation of the analytics process and creation of dashboards for various stakeholders;
• Implementation of solutions for automation and optimization of marketing processes;
• li>Research of market trends and competitors.

Will be a plus:

< li>Experience in conducting A/B tests;
• Experience with Python, Git.
• Understanding marketing metrics and the relationships between them.

In addition to businesses, we are developing a charity fund SKELAR foundation from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces. Within the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
