We are looking for a marketer to join the team, who will combine the responsibilities of developing a marketing strategy and promoting the company's brands both for the retail network and for online sales channels (the network's own website and pages in social networks) Requirements for the candidate: From 3 years of experience in the field of sales organization in offline and online channels (B2C) Experience in promoting product brands (from scratch) in the Ukrainian market. New, unknown brands. Experience in building the company's image in digital channels. Tracking current trends in digital marketing and using them in your activities. Successful cases of building online and offline sales in the commodity business (knowledge of the children's goods market will be a significant advantage) Knowledge of key metrics of online sales, skills in working with advertising channels (FB/Insta, Google Ads), SMMAnalytical skills, systemic thinking. Tasks for the candidate for the position: Analysis of the market, competitors, identification of trending, seasonal products on the market, drawing up plans for the promotion of such products from the company's assortment in offline and online channels (organization of marketing events, promotions, sales, promos, etc.) Organization of promotion of the company's own imported brands. Creation of a marketing plan for the "brand event" on the Ukrainian market (planning of brand activities in social networks, on the network's website, in the retail network, advertising campaigns of the network, etc.) Work with the target audience - to understand who the buyer is, his interests, characteristics, behavior, and in this connection adjust the marketing strategy. Manage budgets — plan marketing expenses; understand which investments give results and manage the redirection of funds to the appropriate sales channels (retail network, social networks, paid search advertising, advertising on the network's website). Setting tasks for relevant units. Assessing the effectiveness of marketing activities — receiving and understanding numbers. Find out which campaigns, tools and channels work better than others (basic knowledge 1C). Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy for the network — draw up an action plan, control processes, bring things to a conclusion!
