Marketing analyst (female analyst) in ProKredit Bank / ProCredit Bank / ProCreditBank

JSC "ProCredit Bank" is a German bank with 100% foreign capital, which is part of the international group ProCredit Holding. We work to support the development and growth of small and medium-sized businesses, as well as private clients. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a marketing analyst in the city of Kyiv. 

Area of responsibility:

• Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing tools
• Building dashboards to monitor results
• Analytics preparation before the start and after the end of marketing campaigns
• Collection and analysis of data (product and marketing metrics) from the site and application
• Identification of growth and budget drain points
• Regular preparation of reports and their automation
• Competitor research
• Development of proposals for improving the use of marketing tools

What is important to us:

• Experience in collecting, processing and analyzing data from sources such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Meta Ads, Apps Flyer, Firebase and other analytical services
• Deep knowledge in building regular dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI and similar platforms
• Understanding the evaluation of CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPL, ROI, LTV indicators
• Ability to work with attributions and UTM tags
