Functional duties: to conduct regular and ad hoc analysis of the pharmaceutical market, supported by conclusions on the dynamics and main trends of the market; analyze the development of the company, brands, the effectiveness of communication channels, identify and evaluate the factors affecting them, highlight problems and threats, as well as recommend new opportunities for business; monitor and understand the strategic steps of competitors (launches on the market, changes in prices, communication channels, etc.), predict their impact on the activities of the company and brands; participate and proactively contribute to the sales planning process by analyzing the market and providing recommendations for further development. Assess the impact of the company's activities on its market position. Look for approaches to automation and optimization of the planning process; • provide quality support for marketing information systems and databases related to forecasting, analysis and reporting; develop and implement analytical reports (PBI, Excel), automate them. Requirements for the candidate for the position: higher education (mathematics, statistics, economics) and/or pharmaceutical; experience in pharmaceutical/fmcg market analysis from 1 year, experience with large databases and many sources of information; understanding of statistical analysis and modeling, key methods of information gathering; the ability to "chew" data, find non-obvious cause-and-effect relationships, insights; fluency in Excel, PowerPoint, preferred knowledge in Power BI, Power Query, Python, SQL, PharmXplorer, Nielsen Answers; English level — from B1; logical thinking, accuracy in working with data, attentiveness, responsibility, developed communication skills, flexible thinking, proactivity and the desire to develop.
