We are looking for an analytical and experienced person for the position of Marketing Analyst who:

  • Has at least 3 years of experience in marketing data analysis, especially in fintech and B2B sector;
  • Knows analytical tools very well, such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Hubspot;
  • Skillfully interprets data and draws conclusions to support marketing decisions;
  • Experienced in planning and optimizing marketing campaigns.

  • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, CRM, Hotjar;

The tasks of the person in this position will include:

  • Collecting, processing and analyzing data quantitative and qualitative from various sources;
  • Identifying trends, patterns and relationships in data;
  • Optimization of marketing campaigns based on analyzes; 
  • Conducting market research and competition analyses; 
  • Prodesigning and implementing analytical processes and information flow; 
  • Close cooperation with marketing, sales and product departments;
  • Creating diagrams, visualizations and other tools supporting the analysis of products and business processes;
  • Working with large and diverse data sets, having strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience in gathering requirements, leading projects and prioritizing tasks;

  • Develop reports and dashboards using data visualization tools that clearly communicate insights and enable effective decision-making;
  • Collecting and analyzing data for the purposes of implementing marketing campaigns,
