Requirements: 2+ years of experience in the field of data analysis (Data/ Marketing Analyst); Higher education in the field of marketing, analytics, economics or a similar field; High level of SQL proficiency and experience in creating complex analytical queries; Practical experience in working with Excel and Google Sheets; Expertise in Digital Marketing, including understanding of key marketing metrics; Strong analytical skills, including the processing, modeling, interpretation and visualization of large volumes of structured and unstructured data; Intellectually curious, self-motivated, results-oriented, attentive to details, flexible, willing to learn to teach others, willing to contribute; Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn new skills. Responsibilities: Development of key indicators and construction of detailed reporting models for their effective tracking; Regular monitoring of indicators and analysis of trends in their changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of marketing work and recommendations for optimization; Data collection and analysis: Collection and processing of large arrays of raw data from various sources, their structuring, analysis and visualization; Creation of reports: Development of reports and analytical documents to present the results of analysis of marketing data (Power BI, Excel); Cooperation with other departments: Interaction with marketing teams and data engineers to implement marketing goals.
