CLUST is an ecosystem for the growth of IT products. We work in the format of a venture builder. We support founders at all stages of development: from validation of a startup idea to scaling and entering global markets.

➡ Within our ecosystem, founders can create IT products from scratch using established methodologies, business networking, operational and legal support.

➡ We also help working Ukrainian IT businesses to enter the markets of Europe, Asia, Latin America and the USA. We assess risks, help find a local team and adjust processes.

In connection with the scaling of the team of one of the partner companies, we are looking for a Marketing Analyst . You will interact with the affiliate marketing team, look for insights, influence the company's results and work with large amounts of data.

Tasks:
— Formation and optimization of reports showing key performance indicators such as ROI, ROAS and others to evaluate the return on traffic from partners.
— Identifying patterns and opportunities to improve marketing strategies; forming conclusions and analytical notes.
—Executing requests from the marketing department and other departments (as needed), which may include a/b testing, anomaly detection, and reporting improvements.
- Coordination of integration processes with other tracking systems, formation of requirements for data engineers and further implementation of new data in reports.

From you:
— 3-5 years of experience in a similar position as an analyst in the marketing function.
— Deep understanding of the principles of affiliate marketing and methods of evaluating its effectiveness.
—High proficiency in Power BI (+DAX) to create interactive dashboards and reports.
- Experience using Python/R for data analysis, process automation, and model development.
- Knowledge of SQL at a high level to create and optimize queries, work with databases.
