Marketing Analyst in Cosmolot

We are looking for a candidate for the position of Middle Marketing Analyst for our company. This role is an important part of our marketing team and provides an opportunity to develop skills and gain experience in marketing data analysis.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in the field of data analysis (Data/ Marketing Analyst);
• Higher education in the field of marketing, analytics, economics or a similar field;
• High level of SQL proficiency and experience in creating complex analytical queries;
• Hands-on experience with Excel and Google Sheets;
• Digital Marketing expertise including understanding of key marketing metrics;
• Strong analytical skills including processing, modelling, interpreting and visualizing large amounts of structured and unstructured data;
• Intellectually curious, self-motivated and action-driven, data and results oriented, attention to detail, flexible and willing to learn and teach others, willing to contribute ;
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities:

• Development of key indicators and construction of detailed reporting models for their effective tracking;
• Regular monitoring of indicators and analysis of trends in their changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of marketing work and recommendations for optimization;
• Data collection and analysis: Collection and processing of large amounts of raw data from various sources, their structuring, analysis and visualization;
• Creation of reports: Development of reports and analytical documents to present the results of marketing data analysis (Power BI, Excel) ;
• Collaboration with other departments: Interaction with marketing teams and data engineers to implement marketing goals.

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of Python;
• Knowledge of the basics of statistics;
• Experience with Google Analytics;
• Awareness in the field of Gambling.
