Marketing analyst in HRTEAM

We are a development company that creates modern projects in the residential real estate segment.

We are looking for an analyst in the marketing department who will work with data and form useful conclusions for strategy and business decisions based on it.

Main duties:

• collection and analysis of market data in the field of real estate (prices, demand, supply, sales dynamics);
• regular competitive analysis: monitoring of new projects, pricing policy, positioning, communications;
• creation of weekly/monthly reports on the market situation;
• analysis of consumer behavior and target audiences;
• analysis of the effectiveness of marketing channels and advertising campaigns (preferred);
• search for information from open and closed sources: registers, real estate portals, LUN, DOZORRO, LinkedIn, analytical resources;
• preparation of presentations, conclusions and forecasts for management;
• structuring large data sets and building clear tables/dashboards;
• participation in the formation of a marketing strategy based on analytics.

Requirements:

• experience as a marketing analyst, business analyst or related role;
• strong analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes of data;
• proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets at a confident level (formulas, pivot tables, basic visualization);
• ability to conduct in-depth competitive analysis and market research;
• attention to details, ability to structure information;
• basic knowledge of marketing, principles of positioning and work with target audience;
• experience in development, real estate or construction is welcome (as an advantage).
