Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing analytics.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- University degree in marketing, business, statistics, economica or a related field.
- Understanding of database management and data warehousing concepts.
- Proactive, willing to take initiative and shoulder responsibility.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytical tools.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data from various sources, including customer database, digital marketing platforms, social media, and sales records.
- Use statistical techniques and software to interpret data sets, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and marketing metrics
- Analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Support the end to end campaign process including segmentation, targeting and list extraction of leads, utilising using the appropriate systems and processes to deliver leads to multiple channels.
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate analysis to determine the impact of different marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the product marketing and sales teams to optimize targeting, segmentation, and personalization of campaigns.
- Perform customer segmentation analysis to understand different customer groups and their behaviors.
- Develop customer profiles to inform marketing strategies.
- Collect and analyse responses from customers, and feedback from other internal/external partner areas to facilitate ongoing continuous improvement of campaigns.
- Conduct markets research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
- Provide insights into emerging markets opportunities and potential areas for growth.
- Analyse and provide advice on both short and long term efficiencies which may be achieved through changes to campaigns and products.
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in marketing analytics.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management and stakeholders, summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Provide regular updates on the performance of marketing activities and their impact on business goals.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, revenue and ancillary product teams to align analytics with business objectives.
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
