Marketing Analyst in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international food IT companies according to the rules of the venture investment world. Together with the co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.

Now we are in search Marketing Analystto one of our new businesses -Liven.

Liven is a company which creates products for building healthy habits and improving mental well-being. Our product is an app to combat procrastination, ADHD symptoms, and more. We give users all the information they need to better understand themselves and their problems, as well as the tools to solve these pains.

We launched business at the beginning of 2023 and have already confirmed its success — we have found unit-economy, payback and are actively scaling up to the size of a large business. Every new employee can now become the head of his area, it all depends only on you and your ambitions.

What tasks await you in the roleMarketing Analyst:
—Analyzing the results of advertising traffic, generating hypotheses and implementing solutions to improve advertising performance;
—Searching for potential growth opportunities for business by analyzing data and turning them into valuable insights;
—Improving the conversion of marketing funnels based on metrics and split test results;
—Automating the analytics process and creating dashboards for different stakeholders;
— Implementation of solutions for automation and optimization of processes in marketing;
— Research of market trends and competitors. 

What is important to us:
< /strong>—Knowledge of mathematics and statistics;
—Proficient in SQL, BI tools (Tableau), Excel/Google Sheets;
—Strong analytical skills, well-developed critical thinking and communication skills;
— The ability not to lose sight of the big picture while delving into details;
— The ability to learn quickly and achieve results;
— English level from B1.

Would be a plus:
—Experience with A/B testing;
—Experience with Python, Git;
—Understanding marketing metrics and the relationships between them.

In addition to businesses, we develop a charitable foundation SKELAR foundation from the employees of our venture builder in support of ZSU. As part of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
