We are looking for a systemic marketer with a sales mindset who knows how to create simple but effective tools for generating quality leads. If you see marketing as a sales support tool, and not just "pretty pictures" - we will make it work!
What you will do:
Lead generation and Promotion
- MQL generation: Development and launch of simple but effective lead generation campaigns (site, Instagram, Tik-Tok, email newsletters, targeted landing pages) budgets.
- Content that sells: Creation of 2-4 new materials every month (cases, posts, emails) that directly help the sales department to close deals.
- Digital presence: Ensuring regular publications in social networks and on corporate platforms that build trust in the company.
- SEO/Site: Control and update of the basic marketing circuit (site/landing, catalogs, prices).
Management and Analytics
- Coordination of Contractors: Effective management of the work of external specialists (SMM specialist, PPC specialist, SEO, copywriter) and quality control of their CCP.
- Analytics and CRM: Setting up accounting in CRM and ensuring CRM discipline (UTM, sources). Basic analytics in spreadsheets to track CPL/CPA and MQL > Meeting/SQL conversions.
- Budgeting: Cost control, disconnection of "expensive" channels that do not bring results.
Our expectations from the candidate:
- Experience of 2-4 years in B2B marketing/sales marketing
- Ability to generate leads with simple means
- Successful experience in managing external contractors (freelancers or agencies)
- Understanding the principles of SMM, SEO and targeted advertising
- Proficient in web analytics tools (Google Analytics)
- Excellent copywriting and text editing skills
