• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position related to marketing in the development/construction industry
• Advanced knowledge of English allowing for free communication with foreign clients
• Negotiation skills and the ability to maintain positive relationships with clients

• Knowledge of marketing tools and the ability to analyze marketing data
