Marketer with knowledge of the German language (Remote) in Imperia HR

We are a full-cycle recruiting agency that combines under its roof the services of various areas of recruitment, management consulting and trainings for employees and owners of small and medium-sized businesses.

Our partner is a German wedding agency, which specializes in modern high-quality moderation, wedding photos, wedding videos, wedding decorations and careful wedding planning and everything related to it. 

Due to rapid development, the company is looking for a marketer (with knowledge of the German language B1-B2 level) to join its team.

Functions in this position:

• Implement smm strategy;
• Plan and launch advertising campaigns (contextual advertising, targeting, SEO promotion);
• Plan, organize, launch, analyze activity marketing;
• Communicate in German via ZOOM, for example with potential photographers for the agency with further writing for the site. Ability to use GPT chat;
• Work with a website on Wordpress, texts, contact with potential partners, develop a commercial offer;
• Create and edit content (texts, videos, graphics) for various marketing channels;
• Process photos and videos (delegate these tasks further);
• Develop presentations;
• Cooperate with role makers;
• Cooperate with local media, opinion leaders;
• Cooperate with influencers: engagement, communication, evaluation of cooperation results;
• Develop and conduct PR activities:
• Selection and control of contractors in areas where it is necessary;
• Interact with the team;
• Conduct analytics advertising campaigns and adjust strategies;
• Report on your work.
