The goal of the position:
To bring the company's marketing to the level of a strategic business tool: to build a system that consistently generates high-quality appeals, increases brand awareness and builds trust in the real estate market.
Requirements:

Practical experience of conducting sales funnel, market analysis.
CRM systems, email marketing.Experience in building or implementing a PR strategy, working with mass media, preparing publications, crisis communication - will be a great advantage.
Experience of interaction withemployees, design teams, SMM specialists, copywriters, etc.
Responsibilities:
Conducting a complete audit of the company's marketing system: digital, offline, brand, positioning.
Analysis of the target audience, the competitive environment company.Formation of proposals regarding marketing strategy, promotion channels, budget.
Development of a detailed plan to increase advertising, targeting, media advertising, etc.
