What we offer: interesting projects and the opportunity for continuous professional development work in a dynamically developing company; full social package and regular salary review; comfortable working conditions, office in the city center, near the station. metro "Central Market"; work schedule from Monday to Friday from 9−00 to 18−00; soft adaptation and introduction to the position; corporate events, gifts for holidays, etc. What you will do: conducting market analysis and competitors to determine effective marketing approaches; development, calculation, provision and control of networks with marketing materials; development of concepts and launch of advertising campaigns, operational support of all activities; joint work with the designer and drawing up technical specifications for him; assistance with printing and logistics of advertising materials; development and the organization of new, interesting promotions to increase attention to our TTs; the development of seasonal design formats, work with the formation of an assortment for promotions; negotiations with suppliers, approval of promo activities; analysis of the results of marketing activities and adjustment of strategies to achieve the maximum effect. Our expectations from you: knowledge and work experience in a similar position; higher education (economics/marketing); knowledge of the Ukrainian language; knowledge of market analysis tools and methods; analytical mindset; ability to work with several product groups; confident PC user: MS Word, MS Excel, 1C; readiness work offline in the office (required).
