We are currently looking for a project management marketer to take over the management of marketing processes, help scale the business and strengthen brand.

What will you do?

• Marketing project management from idea to implementation.
• Development and implementation of marketing strategy (B2B + B2C).
• Coordinate marketing processes, work with the team and contractors.
• The team includes (SMM, content maker, PPC — targetologist, designer, videographer and others).
• Launch and analytics of advertising campaigns in Meta Ads, Google Ads.
• Preparation of content for social networks, website, e-mail newsletters.
• Interaction with contractors (agencies, design studios, event organizers).
• Organization of exhibitions, partner events, promotions.
• Analysis of the effectiveness of marketing channels, control of KPI and ROMI.
• Participation in the development of e-commerce and branded online platforms.
• Implement creative ideas to increase sales and brand recognition.

What do we expect from you?

• Experience as a marketer from 2 years. Knowledge of digital marketing: SMM, PPC, SEO, e-commerce.
• Experience in setting up a TOR.
• Skills in planning marketing activities and working with a budget.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to evaluate KPIs.
• Proactivity, the ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Communication and organizational skills skills.
