We would like to consider a candidate with: higher specialized education; work experience as a product manager, marketer, brand manager of 3 years or more; such personal qualities as activity, perseverance, punctuality; readiness for self-improvement and self-development. After adaptation, we entrust: study of the world market of playgrounds, sports simulators and sports equipment, tracking of trends and novelties. Analysis of functionality, design, price policy, target audience of products; to know the existing range of own production, distinguishing features, strengths and weaknesses of products; to carry out an analysis of competitors in Ukraine. Study of their strengths and weaknesses, assortment and prices; generate ideas for the manufacture of new lines and samples of children's play equipment, simulators and sports equipment based on the technological possibilities of production; support for the manufacture of new products in accordance with the approved parameters of functionality, design, cost, competitiveness in general ; formation of an opinion regarding the positioning (marketing, price, image) of new samples of own products, the strategy of their promotion on the market; interaction with trading companies regarding the discussion of indicators, advantages, unique characteristics of goods, positioning on the market; reporting within the limits of functional responsibilities.
