Creation, launch, analysis and optimization of advertising campaigns in Ads Manager (advertising in Instagram and Facebook social networks) and Google Ads. Team management. Ensuring team cohesion and high performance in execution tasks Setting tasks and coordinating the work of specialists: SMM, copywriter-editor of the site, designers, SEO specialist. Optimizing the work of the site and crm system. Setting tasks for programmers, UX designers. Corrections in the configuration of novochat, novotalks, E-sputnik, etc. services. Systematic analysis of sales and advertising using various tools and metrics. Building and testing hypotheses to increase conversion and improve strategies. Participation in product development.
