Marketer/Performance Marketer in FinProstir

About the company

We are looking for a creative and effective marketer who will help develop FinProstir, attract new customers and increase brand awareness in the crypto exchange market. It is important to be able to work with digital channels, advertising campaigns and analytics, as well as generate ideas that really give growth.

Main responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of cryptocurrency exchange promotion strategies.

• Generation of a stable flow of leads (CPL / CPA) and new customers.

•  Ability to bypass blocking Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads. 

• Searching and testing new channels and tools.

Requirements:

• Experience of 2 years specifically in the crypto, fintech or gambling niche (portfolio with cases is a must).

• Proven experience in generating leads for crypto exchanges, exchanges or similar projects.

• Knowledge of the crypto-market, trends and specifics of audience behavior.

•  Analytical thinking + creativity.

•  Independence and proactivity. 

• Comfortable office in the center of Kyiv.
