Marketer, Marketing Manager in Exolix Exchange

Exolix is a company that has been specializing in providing cryptocurrency exchange services since 2018. We are currently looking for a talented marketer, who is ready to actively participate in implementing marketing strategies and promote our product with a focus on tangible results.Key Responsibilities:- Developing digital marketing strategy by studying industry trends, identifying customer profiles and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition with a constant analysis;- Setting up and optimizing the advertising campaigns;- Collecting and analysing ads and overall marketing performance;- Evaluating market trends and offering new creative marketing solutions;- Analysing the results of work, making suggestions for improvement;- Development of brand, tone of voice and messaging across all channels;- Focusing heavily on marketing and coordinate efforts with strategists across various marketing spheres, including digital, social media, brand, and market research;- Manage marketing department;- Work on increasing the volume of traffic, exchanges on the site;- Create marketing reports to show to executives.Key required skills and experience:- At least 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (managing team experience will be a plus);- At least 1+ year of work experience in fintech/crypto spheres;- Advanced English skills, both spoken and written;- Deep understanding and experience in implementing and using metrics and KPIs;- Analytics skills (Google Analytics, etc.);- Experience in Email, SMM, SEO, PPC;- Expertise in advertising, influencers marketing, creating and optimizing funnels;- Highly organized and disciplined.What we offer:- Challenging tasks that contribute to professional and personal growth;- Full remote work;- Flexible working hours;- Salary based on experience and level;- Education and training is paid by the company.
