Responsibilities: promotion of the company's products and services on international markets; organizing the launch of the company's products and brands to new markets from scratch; setting up lead generation by products; analysis and adjustment of promotion strategy and tactics, analysis of advertising channels; research of markets and competitors; analysis of marketing indicators , search for growth points; launching the promotion of landing pages for products and product categories; selection of communication channels, development of a go-to-market strategy for new markets; development of a client portrait and customer journey; search for growth points of marketing indicators; segmentation of the client base; conducting negotiations and organization of work with contractors, bloggers, mass media, agencies, etc.; organization of participation in external events/holding of own events; organization of customer surveys, collection and analysis of information, organization of marketing activities based on this data; organization of budgeting, planning and reporting processes, document management. Requirements: experience of working as an independent marketer (marketing generalist) from 3 years, preferably in an international company with a service product; experience in marketing from 3 years; experience in working with international markets; experience in developing a marketing (or go-to-market) strategy; experience in product development /brand to a new market from scratch; experience of analyzing the market, competitors, target audience (independently or with a contractor); experience of creating marketing reports; understanding of marketing and product metrics important when introducing products to new markets; experience of working with marketing analytics; understanding of the principle qualifications of leaders; experience in market and competitor analysis; activity and curiosity; independence, resourcefulness, unconventional thinking.
