And today the Marketing Department of Starlight Media invites a Digital marketer to cooperate.

Your tasks will be:

• collection and structuring of information (analytics of CMS platforms YouTube, Facebook, TikTok and others, dashboards) ;
• analysis of factors influencing the result, research of dependencies and cause-and-effect relationships, forecast of audience indicators of digital content, drawing conclusions, analysis of the effectiveness of the obtained results;
• preparation of hypotheses and analytical conclusions for decision-making; - development of measures and provision of recommendations for improving the dynamics of classroom indicators;
• product research for business purposes;
• on-demand support of channels on platforms;
• search, generation, validation and implementation of marketing hypotheses - A-B testing of various content;
• assessment of media markets and their potential;
• search and testing of additional traffic sources;
• search and testing of additional sources of monetization.

Our expectations from you:

• successful work experience of 2 years or more in a similar position;
• high level of product and content research under the given parameters;
• a high level in the generation of hypotheses, based on the received information;
• presentation of analytical information;
• high level of proficiency in Google Drive (files, tables, presentations), Microsoft PowerPoint, GA, Tableau (or similar services for information visualization), ads (FB, Google), work with task trackers (jira, trello );
• command of the English language at the B1 level;
• thirst for new things and improving the old ones;
• a high level of content viewership;
• analytemental mindset and diligence.
