Marketer in the beauty industry in NYA Cosmetics

Our company specializes in the distribution of world cosmetic brands in Ukraine. We have a high level of professionalism and strive to provide the best service for our customers.

Due to business expansion, we are looking for a Marketer to join our team. Your main responsibilities will be to ensure the development of brands that we exclusively represent in Ukraine. 

The main responsibilities are:

• Creation of a marketing strategy for the company and for each brand separately;
• Search and implementation of mechanisms for the implementation of the strategy;
• Responsibility for advertising integrations, cooperation with bloggers, participation in collaborations with by other brands;
• Working with our target specialists and SMM to improve brand development results;
• Increasing sales and brand recognition through marketing strategy implementation;

Experience required:

• Experience as a marketer for two years or more, preferably in the field of beauty;
• Knowledge and understanding of the beauty market and products will be an advantage;
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• High level of self-organization and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment work;
• Ability to work in a team and achieve set goals.
