Marketer in development (real estate) in Lviv HR Solutions / Shahova O.Ya., FOP

We areIcon development company Development (Lviv). We are building modern residential projects and are looking for a marketer who will take over all the company's marketing — from strategy to leads and brand.

This role is not for a thin SMM person. This is a position for someone who wants to really influence sales and brand development in real estate.

What you will do:

• Form and implement the marketing strategy of the company and projects.
• Launch and control advertising: digital + offline.
• Work with the site, social networks, context, SEO.
• Manage contractors: designers, SMM, agencies.
• Organize the creation of materials: booklets, presentations, videos, banners.
• Analyze campaign results, leads, budgets.
• Interact directly with the CEO and owner.

Who we are looking for:

• Marketer with experience.
• Experience in development / real estate -a big plus.
• Systematic, responsible, result-oriented.
• Someone who is not afraid to take responsibility for all marketing.
