What will need to be done:

• Develop the SCOUT brand;
• Develop, approve and ensure the implementation of the marketing plan;
• Formulate and approve the marketing budget;
• Responsible for achieving the desired marketing KPIs (stable flow of customers and development of social networks (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok), the number live subscribers) in cooperation with contractors;
• Selection, organization and control of the work of contractors (reporting system);
• Advertising campaigns, printed materials + merch;
• Engage SEO promotion of the site;
• Cooperate with bloggers.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Experience building a marketing strategy, a department from scratch, or experience in a significant reorganization (relaunch);
• Organizational abilities, desire and experience to take responsibility for marketing results;
• Knowledge of Google analytics, Facebook analytics;
• Experience with advertising, SMM , understanding of SEO;
• Successful experience of organizing the work of contractors;
• Portfolio, convincing work results.

Team management experience and experience in the agro industry or related fields would be an advantage!
