You live in Kyiv. You have successful experience in e-commerce. You have a high level of expertise and practical experience in the field of PPC (advertising in Google/Meta (FB) ), SEO and SMM. You have an expert level of using Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager. You have project and operational management skills, able to manage a team of the marketing department. DUTIES: Strategic planning of marketing activities for optimal indicators of profitability and brand promotion (advertising, promotions, SMM, sms, email-marketing, collaborations with other projects), budget planning. Creation, launch, analysis and optimization of advertising campaigns in Ads Manager (advertising on Instagram and Facebook social networks) and Google Ads. Team management. Ensuring team cohesion and high performance in tasks. Setting tasks and coordinating the work of specialists: SMM, copywriter-editor of the site, designers, SEO specialist. Optimizing the operation of the site and crm system. Setting tasks for programmers, UX designers. Corrections in the configuration of services novochat, novotalks, E-sputnik, etc. Systematic analysis of sales and advertising using various tools and metrics. Building and testing hypotheses to increase conversion and improve strategies. Participation in product development. Sales analysis, trend research. Thinking together with the team of collection concepts and bringing them to the audience. Development of the brand platform (value proposition, communication strategy, guides).
