What you need to do: Ensure the growth of recognition brand, loyalty of existing customers, effectively communicate brand/product values; Generate leads, promote their conversion into customers, achieve planned profitability; Analyze market trends, propose new strategies, ways to optimize costs and increase efficiency; Plan, optimize and implement marketing campaigns, including web advertising, SEO, email, social media and display advertising; Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution using all modern marketing tools; Design, create and maintain brand presence on social media; Promote products/brands at billboards and major industry events; Coordinate marketing strategies with by sales, finance, purchasing departments; Develop and manage the budget of the marketing department; Measure and report on the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns, meet goals (ROI and KPI); What is important to us: Knowledge of marketing strategies, channels and branding; Experience in digital marketing (SEO, social networks and media advertising campaigns);Experience in defining target audiences and developing campaigns that inform and engage;Leadership, communication and teamwork skills;Analytical and problem-solving skills;Strong time management and organizational skills.What we expect from you:Higher education;Readiness before business trips; Understanding of Facebook Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics; Negotiation skills; Event organization skills; Goal orientation and self-organization; Large-scale and positive thinking; Analytical mindset; Ability to work at a fast pace.
