Marketer for the development of partnerships in CSD LAB, medichna laboratoriya

CSD LAB is looking for a marketer who knows how to build strong partnerships, launch effective campaigns and see in collaborations not just activity, but a real business result.

This role will suit a specialist who likes to combine strategy, communication, project launch and analytics, knows how to negotiate, coordinate different partners and find new growth points for brand.

What is important to us:

• Experience of 3 years or more in marketing, partner programs or business development;
• Practical experience of managing B2B partnerships and working with key partners;
• Experience of working with large brands or multi-partner projects (will be an advantage: medical sector, FMCG, digital services);
• Management skills negotiations, preparation of commercial proposals and agreement of cooperation terms;
• Ability to analyze the effectiveness of activities and work with marketing metrics;
• Systematic, proactive, ability to work with several partners and tasks at the same time.

Main tasks:

• Development and management of partnership programs;

• Search, initiation and launch of new partnerships;

• Conducting negotiations and commercial preparation proposals;

• Development and launch of marketing campaigns, promotions and special projects;

• Coordination of internal teams and partners at all stages of implementation;

• Analysis of campaign effectiveness, preparation of reports and recommendations;

• Keeping partner documentation and monitoring the implementation of agreements.
