We are constantly working on our development and now we need a Marketer (middle) in the team Duties: launch, management and optimization of advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, etc.; analysis of key marketing and product metrics of the project; CPA/CPI control of partners; testing new sources of traffic, tools, approaches; searching for growth points, conducting experiments and forming conclusions; developing technical tasks for creating creatives for advertising campaigns; communication and building interaction between different teams (marketing, product, analytics); active participation in building and improving the marketing strategy What we expect from the candidate: from 2-x years of work experience in the field of performance marketing (web and app); practical experience of working with advertising platforms — Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, etc.; practical experience of working with analytics systems — Google Analytics 4, AppsFlyer/Adjust; data analysis and optimization skills advertising campaigns; the ability to build processes such as communication between different departments; experience in effective management of an advertising budget of $10k per month.
