We are looking for a marketer-copywriter who closes the full cycle of sales texts: landing pages, VSL/UGC scripts, stories for creatives, headlines, offers, CTAs.
We need someone who understands how to increase conversion from creative/land, knows how to quickly understand the product and the audience, make a strong hook, hold attention and lead to action.
What will you do
Write texts for landings, pre-lands, quizzes for various offers/geo.
Generate stories/scripts for creatives (15-60 sec), VSL, UGC, story formats.
Package offers: headlines, subheadings, bullets, arguments, social proof, CTA.
Make several options (A/B) of headlines, blocks, offers, creative corners.
Work in communication with a designer/video editor: what exactly to show and say to change a person's opinion.
Responsible for the result of the text: CTR/CR/LP CVR, hypothesis testing, quick feedback edits.
Requirements
Professional education (marketing/advertising/journalism/philology) or strong practical experience with cases.
You know how to make loud headlines, hook from the first second/first screen, keep pace and structure.
You understand the psychology of influence: triggers, objections, pain/desire, social proof, scarcity, guarantees.
You write clearly, without "water", for the purpose: sale/lead/upsale.
Independence, initiative, speed.
A plus will be:
Experience in performance/affiliate, DR copywriting, VSL.
Working with AI tools for text/ideas/structure (ChatGPT, etc.).
Experience in localizing texts for different geos.
