Marketer (commodity sphere, B2C) in Velyres

Congratulations! We are the Velyres company, we sell women's shoes, bags and accessories in the luxury segment through our own network of Instagram and Telegram stores.

We are currently among the leaders in our niche.

For further scaling, we invite a professional to the team for the position marketer.

More facts about the company:

• 8 years on the market.
• X2 average annual sales growth, and for the previous year - x3.35.
• 30+ employees in the team.
• Own production: studio, photo and video shooting.
• We cooperate with TOP bloggers and UGC creators.
• Marketing budget ? 1,000,000 UAH/month.
• A total audience of over 300,000 followers in social networks.

What needs to be done:

• Development and implementation of the company's marketing strategy.
• Analysis of current traffic channels and the creation of new hypotheses for growth.
• Creation, launch, optimization and analysis of advertising campaigns (independently or by delegation. The team includes target specialists, content managers).
• Interaction with the team and contractors: writing technical specifications, setting KPIs, monitoring execution.
• Management analytics, creation of performance reports and dashboards.
• Budgeting and optimization of marketing investments.

Professional requirements:

• Experience of 2 years in digital marketing (e-commerce / Telegram / traffic / content) and social media marketing.
• Practice in scaling traffic channels with a focus on profit (ROMI, CPA, CPL).
• Must understand sales funnels without a site (non-catalog model: Telegram, Direct, comments).
• Experience with budgets from $10,000.
• Experience in developing and conducting analytics and reporting.
• Ability to work with advertising and moderation restrictions.
• Project management skills, organizing work with contractors and a mindset focused on achieving business results.

Remuneration and job benefits:

• Salary: UAH 70,000 - 100,000/month (fixed part + achievement of targets).
