Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

• development of comprehensive marketing strategies;
• market analysis competitors, as well as the search for new opportunities for the company's growth;
• brand positioning and company image management;
• identification and tracking of key performance indicators (KPI);
• control and management of marketing activities;
• optimization of the sales funnel;
• setting tasks and monitoring the work of external contractors (design, video, copyright, etc.);
• improvement of the customer journey (Customer Journey) and development of the customer retention system;
• cooperation with the company's management regarding strategic directions of development.

What is important for this role:

• relevant work experience as a marketing manager or a similar position (minimum 3-5 years) in the B2B segment is mandatory;
• higher education in marketing, economics, management or related specialties;
• deep understanding of the principles of development and implementation of complex marketing strategies;
• experience in planning, launching and analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns in various media. Knowledge of the basics of SMM, SEO, contextual advertising;
• confident command of web analytics tools (for example, Google Analytics) and the ability to conduct in-depth analysis of the market, competitors and the effectiveness of marketing activities (KPI, ROI);
• experience of effective control and optimization of the marketing budget;
• skills in setting tasks, controlling and coordinating the work of external contractors (designers, copywriters, videographers, etc.);
• understanding of the principles of building a customer journey (Customer Journey) and experience in developing customer retention programs;
• high level of communication and cooperation skills, in particular with the company's sales department and CEO;
• proven successful experience of achieving specific business goals (increasing sales and profits);
• organizational and analytical skills; ability to work in a team.

Language requirements:Ukrainian is fluent; English is preferred.
