Marketer in an online bookstore in kniga.biz.ua

We are looking for a person with practical experience to join the Kniga.biz.ua reading team, who wants to develop in the field of marketing and book promotion. We need a responsible specialist who will help other readers meet their favorite books and writers.

What to do:

• Optimize the funnel of customer acquisition and retention;
• Conduct KPI analysis of all marketing channels and work to increase LTV; Coordinate the work of internal Marketing+Content+Purchasing departments and external contractors (SEO/UX/PPC/SMM/…);
• Manage joint projects with store partners — from book distribution, inventors, business consulting and personal development companies;
• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies digital marketing;
• Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities to improve and maintain competitive advantage;
• Implement new technologies and success metrics of digital projects.

Requirements:

• Experience in e-commerce;
• Project and budget management skills;
• High learning rate; Creativity and responsibility;
• Understanding the peculiarities of marketing in social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.);
• Availability of personal successful cases;
• Several favorite writers (literary genres) with whom you can introduce the team at an internal book club.
